Hello. I’m António Quizela, and this is an introductory post to my journey. Guided by the principle of “making circumstances.” I firmly believe in actively creating opportunities and driving change wherever possible. As a leader and advocate for sustainable development, I am committed to finding solutions that improve lives and empower communities.

Leading the African Mega-Cities Initiative

Currently, I’m at the forefront of the African Mega-Cities Initiative (AMCI). This project is focused on addressing the pressing housing crisis in Sub-Saharan Africa. With innovative technologies like blockchain, we’re working to open new doors to real estate investment. We aim to make housing accessible and affordable for those who need it most.

Empowering the Next Generation

But my mission transcends providing homes; it’s about building sustainable, thriving urban communities that can grow and prosper. My background in the Angolan Armed Forces and extensive education have profoundly shaped my leadership and problem-solving approach. I’ve co-founded two Edtech Startups, which support students and future leaders in their academic journeys.

My passion for education and youth development aligns with my belief that lasting change starts by empowering the next generation. Through my work, I am committed to expanding our impact, forging partnerships, and creating opportunities where others see obstacles.
