Hello. I’m António Quizela, and this is an introductory post to my journey. Guided by the principle of “making circumstances.” I firmly believe in actively creating opportunities and driving change wherever possible. As a leader and advocate for sustainable development, I am committed to finding solutions that improve lives and empower communities.
Leading the African Mega-Cities Initiative
Currently, I’m at the forefront of the African Mega-Cities Initiative (AMCI). This project is focused on addressing the pressing housing crisis in Sub-Saharan Africa. With innovative technologies like blockchain, we’re working to provide houses for millions of people. We aim to make housing accessible and affordable for those who need it most.
Empowering the Next Generation
More than providing homes; I wish to contribute for sustainable economic development, promoting urban communities that can grow and prosper. With a background in Administration and Military Sciences, I am focused on developing an extensive skill set, to better shape my leadership and problem-solving approach. I’ve co-founded an Edtech Startup, and parallel to my philanthropic efforts, I engage in investment initiatives in education, and technology.
My passion for education and youth development aligns with my belief that lasting change starts by empowering the next generation. Through my work, I am committed to expanding my impact, forging partnerships, and creating opportunities where others see obstacles.
