Turning Vision into Reality

One of the proudest chapters of my career began with Partilhar+, an academic repository I founded in 2019 to enhance the visibility and value of Angolan scientific research. Over time, this initiative evolved into Bookar+, a comprehensive platform designed to equip students with the tools and resources they need to excel academically and professionally.

In 2024, Bookar+ was acquired, marking a new tipping point in my view about business cycles and the transformative impact a tool for education in Angola can have if properly capitalized. This achievement taught me that impactful ideas, when nurtured with dedication and innovation, can evolve into something truly extraordinary.

Thriving in a World of Emerging Technologies

My ability to quickly understand new concepts and adopt emerging technologies has been a cornerstone of my professional journey. From Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence to digital platforms, I’m fascinated by how these tools can solve challenges, streamline processes, and unlock new opportunities.

This enthusiasm for technology has driven many of my achievements, from implementing advanced personnel management systems in the military to developing educational platforms that enhance student outcomes. I view every technological advancement as an opportunity to learn, innovate, and apply it to meaningful work.

A Career in Leadership and Service

Joining the Angolan Armed Forces in 2014 was a turning point that shaped my perspective on discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Over the years, I’ve served in HR Management roles such as Career Management Officer.

My military journey has been filled with opportunities to lead, modernize systems, and contribute to strategic operations. In 2019, I graduated from the Angolan Air Force Academy, at the top of my class in Aeronautical Administration, and received accolades for my academic and leadership excellence. These experiences instilled in me a solutions-oriented approach and a passion for inspiring others to achieve their best.

What Defines Me

My professional skill set is as diverse as my experiences. I excel in strategic management, public speaking, project development, and integrating innovative technologies into organizational frameworks. My technical abilities span Microsoft Office, programming fundamentals, and digital content creation, enabling me to adapt quickly to changing demands.

I’m guided by the principle of “making circumstances,” which drives me to turn obstacles into opportunities. This philosophy fuels my passion for growth, innovation, and creating value in every endeavor.
